Terms & Conditions

We are happy to provide customers seafood and raw products by home delivery.

The products will be pre-order at least 1-2 days and delivery within 2-3 days after we received payment confirmation. 

After the customer receives the products, please take a photo and video while unpacking or checking the product. In case of any problem please kindly contact us as soon. 

After we have received the information, we will take appropriate action within 30 days.
